4 Easy Steps...

Step 1

FDA WAIVER - We recommend that you have your hearing evaluated by a Ear, Nose, & Throat Doctor. If you do not wish to see a doctor, you will need to agree to the terms of the FDA medical waiver. This waiver is a standard form used by all hearing health care professionals which states that we advise you to get a medical evaluation by a licensed physician before purchasing any hearing aid (preferably a physician who specializes in diseases of the ear).. Step 2

HEARING EVALUATION - You may also need a copy of your audiogram "hearing test" - this evaluation can be performed by an audiologist or hearing aid dispenser for free or very little cost. The evaluation will show how your hearing compares with what is considered normal hearing. This will also be a tool for us to help you select a model if needed - as well as program your new hearing aids. After reviewing your test results, one of our professionals will call or e-mail you and can recommend which hearing aid model will work best for you and your budget unless you have a preference for another model.

Step 3

PURCHASE & PROGRAMMING - After your selection has been made, we will program your hearing aids to fit your loss - in some severe cases, an ear mold might be needed (we will also assist you in this process where necessary).

Step 4

SHIP PRODUCT TO YOU - We will ship the aids to your home or office in a few days (for free), and then contact you for further counseling concerning fit and product use.
